Well Jamie I just never got around to installing a lot of this stuff and the warn kit was just one of them. I am now thinking that I may be letting it go for too much and what do you all think about me listing it on Ebay and let the market set the price on it??? I mean I through this whole thing together really quick and didn't give much thought to prices compared to what I spent.

$30 is fair for sure and he already called dibs :)

It would cost about $8 to make my own version of the Warn ones, pretty damn simple really, just have to drill very precise in the outer lock ring and tap it for a set screw, or three.
The Warn kit uses a special lock ring washer with oblong holes in it for the set screws to grab, but I dont think that is needed, the stock lock ring would still grab the set screws.

I have several pairs of spare spindle nuts and if you get $100 for your Wanr kit then I am going into production and quitting my full time job!!!

hahaha in fact maybe we should see if a group purchase could pursuade a local fab shop to build some?

Yes it allow side by side duals here is a sketch of the kit, the bracket just bolts onto the existing coil tower. I put one on in like 20 minutes.

Well I wasn't either until my 4x4 shop sold them to me. And yes I am a pack rat when I find something I think I may want I just buy it that way I dont have any misgivings. The scary thing is these were all the items I had off the top of my head and once I get home to take pics I may find other things. Little diamonds in the ruff so to speak. The kit is different than the hoops that duff was selling now to go with their new kit you have to buy their coil towers. I like it because it mounts the shocks side by side and doesn't interfere with the front steering. I've got a pic at home of the bracket installed

Oh good question! I just realized that these kits are for Extended radius arms since they use a nut and bolt. It does come with the longer bolt but you would have to have your shock stud on the stock arm lengthened or have a tab welded on to bolt the bottom to.

thats a great simple design actually, looks like it works about 100 times better then the stock location for the shock woith aftermarket arms.........

I will be doing the F-250 towers and chopping up the stock bucket, then again if I can swing it I may go COILOVERS with a custom hoop and engine cage......

I have the KKM installed but a custom snorkel is already in the works. My buddy and I are seeing if we can retrofit a safari snorkel to an Ex, but I also have been working on my own snorkel design for some time and I am getting ready to get started on it. The fiberglass fenders are ready to go on also.

As for the design of the dual kit yes it is simple but works. Also the rotors look like that cause my arm replacement took several days and it rained during the repair.

Have you considered taking the intake into the cab through the firewall? I think thats the trick setup and no ugly snorkle sticking out

Ya know that sounds a little crazy for me!! I couldn't see running that into the cab ever. I personally like the look of the Safari snorkels, but if I have to work with ABS then so be it. The trick is making it appear to not be seen. I may use vanishing cream all over it and see if it disappears. hahaha

well when you get glass fenders on there you will have PLENTY of room to run the tube from the fenderwell to wherever you want.....also why is going into the cab crazy? You would just have a KKM under your glove box.......plus it would sound KICK ASS inside the truck :)

hahahaha but what happense when water gets into the truck at least a snorkel is at the roof. Need I remind of of the whoops video. I can just see myself getting stuck and water comes in and covers the kkm.

if you get that stuck a snorkel wont help, only a winch will!!!

Ryan carbon fiber bezel is yours. You have dibs on the front pig w/4.10s It will be a littel while before that comes out but i will keep you posted on that. I am not certain if with my new drivetrain if the driveshafts can be re-used so they are kind of up in the air right now.

$150 for the repaired extended radius arms. I dont have them here for a pic they are still at the fabricators after he beefed up the top to match the new Superlift arms.

i got 2nd dibs on the bezel, if ryan decides not to get it, :-) i got to tear into the dash anyway....

eclipse sorry, I went looking for the 3.27 LS so I could weigh it and I couldn't find it. I've got boxes and parts all over my garage. Let me see if another search tonight will do better since a lot of the parts are now boxed and shipped.

Yes it wouyld be better if I told you guys that the stuff has shipped. I am finding out that selling a bunch of stuff like this is very confusing. I boxed up Robb's tow hooks with stuff for someone else then had to go rip open boxes to find them.

When I dropped of some boxes at the Post Office I was told 1-2 weeks for shipping just a little FYI.

well, i talked to Kert and he said he has been working 12-14hr days at work, and also said he was was getting a error message when he tried to log on to EF.

he said he maied atleast my stuff 2-3 weeks ago, and that his wife will go to the post office tommorow to see what is up,

I think everone that sent money has the right to be upset. Its been over two months since he recieved my money via pay pal. I havent made too many replys to this thread but I think its time to start making real complaints.

GUESS WHAT? I got a call from Kurt today. He didn't give details but he's been really in a bind and cant access the web site from work or home. He said for those of you who he owes parts to, to email him and tell him if you want your money back or the parts. I told him I want the parts still, he said he would try and get them out tomorrow.

He was very appoligetic and seemed sincere on not responding. So he is alive and will get your money back or send you the parts if you send him an email.

Man, that was a long 10 pages of reading.
I suggest everyone call him non stop, step up a time table with everyone, so each person calls at a certian time, so he'll get one call from someone new every hour. LOL

On a seriuos note, I kept reading that he's been having computer problems. Really? How long does it take to fix a computer. Even a full clean reinstall of Windows and all the apps you have, shouldn't take more than a day.

I guess this is one of the hardships of internet buying. But the guy has tons of posts, and people said he's a nice guy. Too bad this little screw up tarnished his rep.

I met Kurt just a couple months ago when he was in Phoenix for business... He told me that he couldn't get into the site since we changed to the new software. I know some folks had problems aftet the switch, so I told him what to do to get in. Maybe he screwed something up trying to follow my directions :(

Ok Guys, i am currently talking to Kurt, if you feel the need, he is in the chat room, he will be there for as long as he can, that will be when his computer messes up....

He has been having some Personal and Financial Problems lately, He got busted by the police last month for over 500$ in tickets, his wife also was not paying some of his bills like she was suppose to, so the collectors were starting to come after him, His wife also is hating alaska and is moving to Oregon this summer, i guess with or without him, he was telling me that this wasnt a wise choice becuase he wouldnt be able to find work within 300miles, they were also have marriage problem, but is now seeing a counsoler, i told him to access the forum and post but he is having site problem, blee1099 is now trying to figure out what his problem is and see if he can fix it. His Internet service provider tech said it is a problem with the OS and he would need to re install it, he cant do that till he get all of his hard drive backed up, so hopefully as soon as he can back it up and reinstall XP he will be able to access the forum again, He use to be able to get on at work, but they have filtered out a lot of site recently, and especially ones with BB's so he cant access this site anymore.
