Anyone know if Pep Boys sells BFG A/T KO's? If so, anyone have a rough price range of how much they cost for 31x10.5.15's?

Thanks, Derek

Looks like you are in Colorado. I checked the "WHITE PAGES".

These are all Supercenters:

7205 E Evans 303-759-9300
12820 E Mississippi Ave. 303-338-8080
5134 S Wadsworth Blvd. 303-932-0606
4875 S Broadway 303-715-5015
4769 Park Meadows Dr. 303-754-0010

This is their Superstore:
7525 W 44th Ave. 303-420-7444
I have shopped at this store. This is the best one that I have seen. May have everything you are looking for.

Yip. And that brand would be called Futura. Not the best, but surely not the worst.

They wont sell you anything other than stock anyway. Or they wont align your Explorer either if the tires arent stock as I found out today:rolleyes:

That makes no sence! Then why do they carry 33" muds? What did those come on from the factory?

They aligned my Ex with 31's on it.

Its not that they wont sell or mount bigger tires, or align a vehicle with bigger tires. They just wont when it involves an Explorer. But I gaurentee(sp) that they will sell me a set of 20" rims they have sitting out in the showroom:rolleyes:

Thats what I have on mine, and have not had 1 days trouble out of them. Nice ride, GREAT wet/snow traction and low noise.

I'm boycotting pepboys because they wouldn't let me buy a can of clearcoat because I am only 17??? Its sopposed to prevent kids from huffing it. Why would i pay 4$ for a can of stuff to get high with when you can get some stuff from the 1$ store?

BoominX: it s not Pep Boys fault for enforcing state law.

Pep Boys Futura tires are GREAT tires in many sizes depending on what you are using them for.

I have heard nothing but good things about the Futura Mud tire. Of course its not the top of the line rock crawling monster with impossible to cut sidewalls, but it does wear great and does everything a good MT tire should.

Cooper makes good tires, I have had experience with 4 sets of their off brand tires on trucks and Jeeps, all tires worked well, especially for the $$$$.

If you are not tackling the Rubicon daily why shell out big $$$ to have name brands on your tires that will only last you 1-2 years anyways? I would rather buy cheaper MT's then throw $$$ down the drain to look cool!!!

Could you throw some money down the drain for 35's and give me your 33's already :p

Hey Jamie we're gonna do a run March 13th. Jefe and some others. Don't know where yet. And I want to try to start thinking about a Big Bear run maybe in May.

Hey cool! I may be able to make March 13th, but March is very busy for me at work...huge project 60% Construction Deadlines in March....my Bday is the 17th too....sucks.

I am 98% on Moab in May, going to meet Joe and Brett out there and deliver Brett's 5.0L drivetrain in exchange for my fresh 4.0L, unless I bolt that 5.0L in my truck first :)

I really enjoyed Los Coyotes and Thaven so far....cant wait to get some more So Cal wheeling in...

You could always come over here and roll your eyes at the Pep Boys in my area, Im sure that will make them change their mind about aligning my Explorer.

31's arent that much different than stock. But when they see a 33 on an Explorer they automaticaly say no.

Sounds good, but the deal is that you have to have it aligned at the Pep Boys that I went to.
