body or suspension? body is gonna be a lot cheaper, but can't go as high and some people will say the ride is rough, but I didn't notice any change.

sorry, I got my body lift for my 92 explorer from jcwhitney.com, they have good prices, or check out truckperformance.com or even stylinconcepts.com.

http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?makeId=5000114&productId=3121&catalogId=10105&langId=-1&storeId=10101

Go there for body lifts. That is where I bought mine.

How hard is it to install a lift kit??

depends on a lift kit and your skill. Body lift is fairly easy... a few stripped bolts, bloody knuckles and you're done in two days. Suspension lift is a bit trickier... more parts involved and time.

But you learn a lot in the process.

If you do search you'll come-up with many posts regarding lift installs and all the problems you can expect.

Good luck!
