Well just recently (within the past month) as soon as my explorer starts it will jump to 1500 rpm but stay there for a good minute or two before dropping back down and it drops very slowly. It used to just jump to around there and drop back to 800 almost right after. This is all taking place in park.

It's not really a big deal but it is kinda of an annoyance. just wondered if this is a sign of any other possible problems?

Maybe theres something wrong with one of the vaccuum lines going to the manifold, after it's warmed up it doesn't do this.
