Hello all,
I just purchased a 96XL. 4dr, 4x4. 4.0L Auto
And so far I love it.

I have a few questions to ask. When I bought the explorer the previous owner left her on "e", so I went to the gas station and filled her up. She took just over 78 Litres. When I was browsing through the owners manual it say the tank is 79.5 Litres. So my question is does the dash dispay a "low fuel" warning light? If it is supposed to then I guess it isn't working on mine.

The other question I have is about the KKN air filter. Does anyone in British Columbia know who sells them? Or do I need to buy it online from the states?

supposedly the low fuel light comes on when you have 50 miles or less, but i have never tested mine out to see if its working or not.

It's not really a "low fuel" light, the "check gauge" one comes on.

Oh yeah, one more question.
When the driver's side door is open and there are no keys in the ignition, i get a continous "ding..ding..ding..ding.."

Where is that damn relay thingy located so I can remove it? It is so annoying. I assume it's coming from under the dash on the drivers side somewhere, but i've yet to locate it.
