View Full Version : Tornado Air Turbine 2001_x 04-07-2004, 09:14 PM Has anyone heard ot the Tornado air turbine? is it worth it? Texplorer 04-07-2004, 09:18 PM NO, no, no, no, no, no, its a scam. snocross1985 04-07-2004, 09:24 PM NO, no, no, no, no, no, its a scam. ditto 2001_x 04-07-2004, 09:31 PM thanks, I could not figure how that would work. I just read it in a parts magazine and they are quoting better gas mileage and hps. Majisto 04-07-2004, 09:46 PM Don't tell me they are STILL selling that piece of junk? rfuree11 04-07-2004, 09:51 PM havent they been sued for false advertising or something like that? X~FACTOR 04-07-2004, 10:09 PM ^I'm sure. But people still buy 'em convinced that they DO add HP and Torque. Thank goodness for this site, eh, 2001X? We just saved you some muhhla. :D TheRookie 04-07-2004, 11:09 PM I have met several people that swear by this terrible product. Its a scam for sure. Companies like that should be shut down general x 04-07-2004, 11:26 PM if its the product im thinkin of then i have to also agree with everyone else. Have you heard some of the claims on the infomertials??? "look at this demonstration with 2 2-litre pepsi jugs, See how the water goes in smoother when its twirled??? Well in an engine its the exanct same way with air and suction" Ya ill bet. The reason there was poor water circulation in the bottles was because the air in the bottom bottle had no where to go Duh!!! Its not like you have exhaust gases coming out of your intake (i hope) MKoback 04-08-2004, 09:37 AM Since it had a money back guarentee, I actually bought and tried. A week and an empty fuel tank later, I took it back and got my money back. 2001_x 04-08-2004, 05:32 PM thanks for the info... I was just curious of the gas comsuption aspect.. indicated something like 10 - 20% improvement. |
