:fire: just wondering if i am guessing right... when i start my truck it idles a bit rough but what bothers me most is when i shift into drive it acts like it wants to stall then with a bit more pedal it goes ok...this usually only lasts a short time, pretty much until the truck is warmed up...any other thoughts????

Yes it could be the IAC anyway cleaning it wouldn't hurt none. Most cold idle probs seem to point that way.

It could also need a tune-up.. When was the last time you changed the plugs & wires on it?

Could be needing a tune-up, but those symptons are usually textbook dirty IAC. Simple enough to remedy.

well i did the plugs, wires, oil, radiator flush, trans fluid, cleaned MAF and steam cleaned the carpets about 9 mos ago.
