does anyone know what the fuel pump rates for a 2000 explorer 5.0 are?

when i replaced the fuel pump on my mom's explorer a month or so ago, it was $150

I have never seen advertised flow rates, but its pretty low. FYI- i had nitrous on mine back in the day and couldnt run the 125shot jet because the pump couldnt keep up. If you're thinking about doing some kind of upgrades do the pump first. Any mustang-style aftermarket pump will work. Ive got a stock Lightning pump in mine. :)
