My '98 XLT makes a clicking noise 3-4 minutes after starting. Goes away when out of idle speed. Dealer thinks that this could be a camshaft chain tensioner problem. Also says that could be potenially fatal to the motor. Any ideas? Also when starting my truck grinds when cold for about a secons but thend starts up fine. Thanks for any info.
