Did a search for my question and didnt find the exact answer I wanted.

Basically Im going to a few junkyards to see if I can find a chrome rear bumper for my explorer to save some $$$

I have a 96 sport and am wondering if anybody knows if any year Ranger (rear) bumpers will fit it. Last time I went to one of the local junkyards there were very few Xs so I want to know if a ranger is an option.

ranger bumpers wont fit. the frame on a ranger isnt as wide as the frame on an explorer, therefore the brackets wont fit. it is also a completely different way of mounting too. sorry man.
