96 XLT 5.0L 130k

My windshield wipers and power windows to do not work. It happened at the same time apparently when my Dad was using the vehicle. The only thing he could think of was that he caught a tarp grommet in the power window.

The 50A fuse in the engine compartment looks fine, and suppposedly it controls the power seats too and they work. The other fuses in engine compartment looked ok.

The multi function stalk was replaced about a year ago and there have been no electric anomolies.

Ideas?

I thought my Multifunction switch was bad on mine as well, but it turned out it was just the wiper relays that were shot. They are located under the hood. There are 3 of them (on mine at least).
