There are plenty of aftermarket cat-back systems out there in your price range.
You can find them all over the net.
A better option may be to contact a local exhaust/muffler shop. You can have them custom bend you a new cat-back system, and you can pick out a muffler and tailpipe, and get a lot more for your money!

Check out Explorer Express exhaust systems also. A pre-fab, custom-fit kit is nice. Or you couold try a custom job at a local exhaust/muffler business; these guys can also fab. a pretty good system.

I had my custom Magnflow done for about $210, but you might be able to have someone do it cheaper. I think that Flowmaster might be a little cheaper.

I have the flowmaster CAT back in my '93. ($160 from summit). It was a piece of cake to install, but you may need to buy new spring bolts (which connect the cat flange to the exhaust flange).

The muffler pipes and clamps can be had at Flowmaster @ Summit Racing (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=FLO%2D17227) for $170 + $9 for shipping/handling. You get all items pictured. Summit will match prices if you call and give them a competitor's web page.
