I've looked in the thread on max tire sizes and found nothing so here goes.
i will be getting some 16" rims for my 94 EB, however i want some beefey tires.
I want 30 or 31 x 9.5x16 but will they fit stock? if not i will be getting a 3" body lift soon and i am pretty sure they'll fit after the lift. but i would like to have them on before the lift. My other choices are 245/75-16, 265/75-16, 285/75-16 I would like the largest size that will fir without rubbing. if 31's are available on the after lift i might wait and do it that way.
thanks ahead of time for your best reccomendation.

let me rephrase what help i need...

will 30x9.5x16 fit in the same space as 30x9.5x15? does the rim size make a difference?

I would imagine a 30x9.50R15 and 30x9.50R16 are the exact same width/height but the r16 would have an inch narrower sidewall?

so they should fit in the same space, correct? if not i guess i'll have to figure out the slightly smaller equivalant I.E. 265/75/16?
