I'm working on plans for my new bumpers. Should I use 2 2"x2" and weld together or should I just 1 2"x4"? I'm gonna use 3/16" thick I think. It's complicated but it will wrap around. A front piece, corner(angle) & side. The very middle of the front will sit down a additional 2" (6" total in the middle). I have however, figured out how to build with the B.L. in mind though, and later when I take out the B.L. for the SAS :D I will not have to do much to make them still work ;)

a rear is also in works w/ spare T-carrier. also sliders :navajo:

I would use 2x4, my bumper plan was going to use 2x6, but if your bumper is the way I think you mean it will look awesome... and I might want to steal the idea...

use 2x4. stacked 2x2s will look stupid. i've seen it.
