I just noticed that my 96 XLT is having a problem with it's Heat, Defroster and AC. The Max AC control provides cold air, but does not get warm after I move the temperature control to hot. Also, the regular AC only provides heat. The same is true for the Vent control (no cold air at all). On the other hand, heat and defroster controls don't provide cold air, only hot. I'm thinking it's the selector, not the temperature (cold to hot) which has to be replaced. I'm open to suggestions. Has anyone had this happen to them?

open your glove box sqeeze the two sides together and let glove box hang free(out of the dash). you will see a white box i think it has 4 screws holding it down. replace that and you will be good
