Hi, are boggers any good in the snow or are they stricktly for mud. I love boggers and need to get to college and back in one piece. I will be going off road in the snow and want a tire that will get a good amount of grip.

thanks

They're do alright in snow but they have no lateral traction what so ever. You'll be sliding all over the place. Boggers aren't a very street friendly tire anyway, you'll maybe get 20k miles out of them if you're lucky. You're probably better off with getting TSLs or SSRs or any decent mud tires for that matter. I have Procomp M/Ts and they have done very well in the snow.

They might be good offroad in snow, but they would be suicidal on snowy streets.

Mud Tires + SNOW = SCARY AS HELL !! I run MT's all year round but as soon as the snow flies I bolt up my blizzaks and all is good.

i'm running the tsl's, i agree with doug. i am on the highway doing trips all the time. they do the job in the snow and in the mud on easy trails. in the snow on the street they do well in my opinion. i dont know if that is from the tire or the control trac. either way i say get the tsl's, they are pretty much boggers

i have boggers on my x and i can't stand them. too loud and rough. i knew that when i bought them, but for only $400 really couldn't beat the price. however, they do sling the hell out of some mud
