When I turn on the air or heat it works fine the air is cold and the heat is hot :fire: but if i bring the tach above 3grand the air kicks up to the defroster vents and wont come back till i slow down. plus when the control dial is to off the air still comes out at my feet and it will be hot or cold depending on where the temp dial is at the time. please help

The vent directional is controlled by vacuum. If the system loses vacuum, it defaults to defrost mode. Sounds like you are losing vacuum pressure above 3K. Check your vacuum lines for leaks, and make sure any plugs covering unused lines on the vacuum tree (octopus) are not loose/leaking.
