the other day i noticed that it worked when it wanted to. now it doesn't work at all. i checked the realy and it seems to be fine. :( it was also the same relay as the one next to it for the wipers so i swapped them out quick and the wipers worked fine and the horn still didn't. so what could it be? i checked my haynes and i don't see anything in it to help me. i'm going on a trip saturday and i want my horn to be functioning. any suggestions? thanks.

do a search for clock spring.....i think thats what its called

Check to see if power is actually making it to the horn. Test light sort of thing. Could be as simple as your horn went out. Chances are it is never that easy though, but I would check the obvious (like you had already started with the relay) before the detailed.

from what i searched it looks like if it is the clock spring my CC should not be working either. i'm going to check that also and see if it works, i definitely need that for my trip.
