How exactly do these install? I have to take off the glass thats already in and replace it with this glass? How hard/easy is it to take the glass off?

I've taken the glass piece outta my old car when the mirror got knocked off. It was a matter of a few push clips and a wire that was used for the power mirror...shouldn't be to hard just push the mirror all the way to one side and look behind it I'm sure you could figure it out
