View Full Version : 99 explorer diamond cut headlight Hpnotiq 01-30-2005, 03:45 PM have u guys seen um yet? im gonna b getting a pair soon and ill prob be gettin alot of them, let me know if you want any, i will post pics if anybody is interested celly 01-30-2005, 03:52 PM There are a ton of people on this site with Diamond Cuts for 2nd Generation Explorers (myself included). There are also lots of people that missed out on previous group buys and wanted to get some. If you price them right, you'll sell a lot. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/vbgarage.php?do=getimage&id=250 Hpnotiq 01-30-2005, 11:18 PM ahh i see, how much were they b4? those are the ones with the ALL CLEAR lens? celly 01-30-2005, 11:44 PM I'm not following, re: "all clear" lens. Aren't all diamond cuts "all clear"? Aren't all headlights "all clear" for that matter? DirtyDog 01-30-2005, 11:46 PM I'll buy some if the price is right and the quality is good Hpnotiq 01-31-2005, 08:25 AM by all clear diamond cut i mean that the whole front lens is all clear like glass, not like the factory ones that come with the lines and pattern on the lens that is also not really that clear, kinda like foggy looking... like you can see perfectly clear to the back of the housing (i dont know how to describe it any better then that lol) celly 01-31-2005, 09:47 AM I still don't follow. The only diamond cuts I know of are the ones I have (as do many others on the site). They're made in China I believe. Quality of build is average and some folks have fogging issues. They look sweet though. I think they retail at around $140 + shipping on one online site. I've seen them for more on others. Hpnotiq 01-31-2005, 05:41 PM wut site is this? cus i called the manufactoer and they are telling me 250 DirtyDog 01-31-2005, 05:47 PM procarparts.com $144.99 http://www.procarparts.com/store-detail.asp?sku=FD95EP%2D9839HLX&dbname=onlinestoreDB celly 01-31-2005, 06:59 PM $250 is a complete rip-off. $145 at PCP isn't bad, but we got an even sweeter deal through Draft's LAST group-buy. :D I can't remember what I paid, but it was less than $145, including shipping to Canada. :can: aldive 01-31-2005, 07:07 PM Are these what you are wanting? Hpnotiq 01-31-2005, 07:15 PM yes, thanx guys Gator Jeff 02-02-2005, 12:07 PM I might be up for joining a group buy should you guys do another one draft 02-02-2005, 12:17 PM $250 is a complete rip-off. $145 at PCP isn't bad, but we got an even sweeter deal through Draft's LAST group-buy. :D I can't remember what I paid, but it was less than $145, including shipping to Canada. :can: You paid $110 shipped, sir. ;) Shipping was $12 alone, then there was PayPal fees and gas. Oh, then a few packages got lost and UPS wouldn't give me my complete claims and only gave partial, ugh, it just goes on. :( Back when this happened though, they were on PCP's site for $165 + shipping, which made the deal alot better for those who wanted them instantly. I'm glad that the deal is still good today because I don't think $110 shipped can be met anywhere else. aldive 02-02-2005, 12:24 PM Why did UPS not take care of the loss? I have never had any problems with them. Hpnotiq 02-02-2005, 09:07 PM so u still doin the same deal? how much with clear corner, i rather get it all from u Chicubs21sosa 02-02-2005, 09:11 PM Diamond Cut Clear Corners! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33717&item=7952007297&rd=1 cybercreeper 02-02-2005, 09:31 PM Count me in if you do a group buy...I"M IN! celly 02-02-2005, 10:06 PM Diamond Cut Clear Corners! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33717&item=7952007297&rd=1 Whattya know? They do exist. ;) celly 02-02-2005, 10:09 PM so u still doin the same deal? how much with clear corner, i rather get it all from u Draft gave up on the group buy thing a while back. He's not a dealer. Just a guy who stepped up to the plate and organized group buys for the diamond cuts. Maybe it's your turn to step up to the plate? Don't forget to follow proper group buy rules (http://www.explorerforum.com/group.htm) . Hpnotiq 02-02-2005, 11:49 PM wow they have diamond cut clear corner, cool k whos gonna start the bundle group buy celly 02-02-2005, 11:51 PM I nominate Hpnotiq seeing as he said he had a line on a bunch of them anyhow. Is there going to be a group buy or not?????????? celly 02-07-2005, 06:50 AM So what's going on? Is there going to be a group buy or not?????????? The "deal" he spoke of wasn't a deal after all, unless you're willing to pay $250/pair. DirtyDog 02-07-2005, 08:38 AM I ordered mine from procarparts.com. I can't wait for anything to go through. celly 02-07-2005, 10:22 AM I ordered mine from procarparts.com. I can't wait for anything to go through. Did PCP confirm they had them in stock? There was a thread a while ago complaining about the way to list their stock status online. DirtyDog 02-07-2005, 12:37 PM They sent me an invoice to pay for them and they had said that they have been shipped out so I think they must have them. celly 02-07-2005, 12:45 PM They sent me an invoice to pay for them and they had said that they have been shipped out so I think they must have them.
