Just a quick question. On the front of the console between the front seats there is a large rectangular hole that leads into the console. The hole is in front of the change holder, which covers the hole from leading straight into the main console compartment. What originally went there?

Several people have found this storage compartment great for holding a 9mm, the .380 I want to get fits very nicely

Now I feel stupid! as soon as I read that it made sense that its a tissue holder. It would make a great holder for a 9mm. I tried cramming my Mossburg in there but it didn't seem to want to fit. :) Damn top-folding stock! Anyway, thanks again.
