The rear pinion seal is going out, so it leaks the rearend oil. The mechanic told me he could fix the seal, but without the fix, the rearend will eventually need replaced. I just keep filling it up and not worrying about it too much. I just don't want the buyer to think he or she is getting ripped off. I saw that someone on here was parting out a 91 and wanted $150.00 for the rear end. Kelly blue book on it is $2665.00 in fair condition, so I priced it at $2,500.00. I've kept all of my receipts, and in the 10 years I've owned it I've put over $8700.00 in it (not remarkably bright my wife would say). As far as the gears, I'm not sure. It's whatever came stock - 3.83 maybe? But it's got to go cause I've started work on my 71 Chevelle.....
