I am thinking of using Goodyear Wrangler AT/S on my 91 Navajo. Size 265/75r16 or 31/10.50-15.
I would appreciate any and all opinions on mileage, snow traction, mud and rock traction, highway ride.

It seems like a great design with the dual channel, I spend most time on the road(like most people) but go once or twice a month on trail rides where we see dirt, a little mud and some rocks( stream crossings mostly). Live in MD so see some snow and ice too.

Thanks in advance

I have had them on my '98 for almost 11 months now. I am very happy with their performance both on and off road. They do pack up with mud but all AT type tires do. Overall I would say they are a great tire. There is a little bit of a wuba-wuba noise on the road but it is nothing too anoying. They also have great winter traction.

I put a set of Wrangler AT/S's on in November of last year and now 30,000 miles later I have no regrets. Traction on snow and ice is great and there's no hydroplaning when you hit standing water at highway speeds. Yes there is a little more road noise than the RT/S's but you'll get use to it. By the way, I went with 30x9.5's.
