I just need to vent.
The cubs are stacked with a team thats full of talent however I've never watched a bunch of talented guys lose so many games.
If its not the hitting, its the starting pitching, if its not the pitching its the defense behind the pitcher, if its none of those its poor base running or crappy bullpen. What can't this team do that other teams do day in and day out????

I'm so happy to see patterson be sent to the minors at least ( I wish they would just trade him away, they have waited for 3 years for him to be conditioned and become the player they want him to be).

I don't know, I really don't. You would think that pro players would have some kind of consistency, but the only one thats been is D. Lee ( I hope he gets better and gets to play in the all-star game).

Well it looking like the only game they will play this weekend in miami is probalby tomoorrow night, if that...stupid hurricanes.

Hrm, well, the Cubs have very talented starting pitching. But I do not agree that their "team is full of talent".

In my opinion, the Cubs need an outfielder or two that hit for average. The cubs need a closer or another reliable relief pitcher. The Cubs need an infielder with some pop.

There are 5 or 6 teams that are "full of talent" and the Cubs aren't one of them--except in their starting pitching, like I said. It's excellent and matches up with any team. That's why the Cubs can be tough.
