After using the 4wd in a 94 XLT it doesn't feel like it is disengaging. But if completely shut the truck off, and start back up, it feels ok. Anybody have this problem or suggestions?

You may already know this, so I am not trying to talk down to you. After you disengage 4X4, if you have been driving forward, then you have to backup about 10 feet to disengage the hubs.
