I searched first and found nothing, so I was wondering how to properly do this. I know some of you guys have these, so any help would be sweet.

we built one in my buddy's Jeep XJ by using 2x4's on edge as the frame and plywood as the floor. we glued gray subwoofer box carpet to the plywood. really its pretty simple to do. we made a template of the cargo area out of cardboard to get all of the contours right. cut some holes in the 2x4's for ventillation and installed a squirrel cage fan and all is well
