Ok. since i didn't find this in the List of Useful Threads section. I figured i would contribute. After its aonly fair.

Ok first off something got caught up in my radiator and made some holes in it.

heres how to fix it :

Tools:

acetylene torch
flux (for those that use it or newbie's)
sand paper (a must)
5% percent silver solder (if is a super small hole soft solder will work. .more on that later)
wire brush or dremel (add in faster paper removal)
pliers
hammer 1oz.
screw driver flat tip small or a fin comb

First this is what i had :

(notice the nice curves  )

ok never mind.. i started pulling the fins and relized that well i had 3 holes over 1" long and a 5 small ones.... then i water tested (i.e. plastic bag over one end hose in the other) and found 7 more..

fyi... make sure the you dont run over sticks and get them stuck in the fan.. anyways off to the junk yard and fordpartsnetwork.com to find a new one.. i cans still do this if people want it.
