I can't find any, but if there are any out that will house a 6.5" driver, I'd like to look into them.

If not I will start building them.

I checked those already, q-form doesn't make them for 02 and up, or atleast crutchfield doesn't carry them.

I've searched many websites, asked at a few audio shops, and don't believe kickpanels exist for the 02+ explorers. This was searching several months ago, so unless there are recent developments, im pretty sure you better hone the ole' glassing skills, 'cause you're on your own.

BTW, If you do make some, let me see those!!! I might drool, but it won't get much worse than that.
