The seller has a small problem with proper english :thumbdwn: that's the first turn off for me. I never buy anything from someone who (1) doesn't have a good feedback rating, and/or (2) can not write or spell correctly.
I could be wrong here but, in order to properly measure fuel consumption you would need to install some type of monitoring device into your fuel tank right? I don't see any other way to measure the amount of gas you are burning other than directly tapping into your fuel system. If this is the case then...seller's remark about "Easy to use" is way off :D

Yeah, judging by the amout of parts in that second pic, it doesn't look so easy to install. It may be easy to use afterwards though. :p

On OBDII equipped vehicles which a '99 is the computer monitors the amout of gas that is used.
