I never buy anything from someone who (1) doesn't have a good feedback rating, and/or (2) can not write or spell correctly. I could be wrong here but, in order to properly measure fuel consumption you would need to install some type of monitoring device into your fuel tank right? I don't see any other way to measure the amount of gas you are burning other than directly tapping into your fuel system.
