Ok I have ran this Idea by a lawyer buddy of mine since I can't log it why not let a group of people by it under a co-op or LLC and use it for hunting or trail riding or both....He said great idea easy to setup. So if 200 of you think I-64 near huntington, wv isn't too far to drive to go camping, hunting, or just plain 4 wheel I got a great place you can own for $500.00 each. You all buy it you all use it. Yearly up keep fees of $10per share owned. You may own as many shares as you like. Any ideas, changes or whatever get held to a vote that requires a 2/3rd's vote to pass. Email me or IM me or just post. I don't know much but I am in for 2 shares if anyone wants to get in on a great deal.....Power on property so we could do a lot of things should we want to vote a sell of it in later years.
