I can't find anything about in the manual? This is with the 4.0 engine.

Yep, EECIV, the connectors are under the hood.

EEC-V is OBD-II

With a couple exceptions on the crossover year, you were EEC-V if you had the OBD-II connector under the dash near the steering column. You will not confuse an EEC-IV connector with an ODB-II.... but there were a few models that came with both briefly during the production run....I think that was in Aug/Sept/Oct 94 of the production run on the 95's. (willing to be corrected here by someone with knowledge... I'm hazy here)

Short story...as stated, you are EEC-IV.

This is correct, I have both connectors. The OBD-II connector does not work obviously.

On the passenger side firewall under the hood.
