I have a ’99 Explorer XL 6 cylinders with only 57K miles on it. I just moved to Chicago suburb from California and still getting use to the cold winter. I am looking for a reliable/honest (good price doesn't hurt either :D ) repair shop (non dealer) in Des Plaines area (near O'Hare airport) that know Explorer. Any suggestion? If the question has been answered before, please show me the thread. Thank you.
