it's not a rubicon, it would of helped though if it was because of the lockers that they come with. it was good watchng andy in the back of brads jeep to hook up the tow strap so i could pull him forward.

yeah he had them throw on the rims and tires and a 2" susp, lift at the dealer, its a 4cyl 6 speed with open diffs

i hate those 4cyl engines. heaven strike dead the fool who thought of that engine with a 3 speed auto.

Please tell me y'all vacated the area before you started pulling on that thing? There are at least three people standing in the danger zone, and it looks like you guys are using chains to get him out, no?

I've seen much stronger chains break under much lighter loads.... the results weren't pretty.

im aware that its a 6speed, i just hate the 3 speed auto's

we hadn't started to pull yet, and we weren't jerking on it, we switched to strap after one pull attmept

Glad to hear that. :) :)

I didn't mean to imply you were doing anything wrong.... Should have said that before.... I just like to emphasize safety when pulling out stuck vehicles like that.... Everyone can learn from everyone else's experiences. That's what this whole board is about. :)
