I recently did the TT/shackle lift. I gained about an inch upfront and 2 in. outback. I want to run 31/10.50/15s on stock wheels. Can I do this with no problems? What about my speedo, how is that going to be affected?

you should have no problems, your speedo will be off it will be showing a slower speed than you are doing. if you go from a 29" to 31" tire when your speedo shows 70 you are really doing about 75.

You can correct your speedo easily. Click on My Useful Threads in my signature and click on either Axle 101 Part III or go to Reprogramming for tires/gears

I don't have access to a NGS, but I do have a cable interface that plugs into my laptop so I can read codes, etc. Is there any type of software that I could load up into the laptop and use my cable to change this?

You can fit 31s no problem. I run them on my lowered truck. 32s only need minor trimming.
