I have 31x10.5 BFGs on my '02 Jeep Wrangler TJ and would like to know how those same tires would look/function on my '00 Explorer 4d, V6. It appears they are both 4.5" center 5 lug patterns. Will the TJ rims fit the EXP so that I can just put a couple on it to see how they look? I know, I know...just pull one off and see. BUT, it's late and I'm tired and wanted a quick and easy answer.

yes..far as i know it'll bolt right up and work fine.

Yeah. I have some YJ guys' old Welds on my Explorer.

Just gave it a try. Took the spare off the Jeep and tried it on the front of the Explorer. The hub was too large to fit into the rim. They should, however, fit the rear.
