Hehe my trip into town with a friend paid off today.. we both got ahold of some K&N air filters. Dont got any pics of his or his car, yet, but i did get some of the exploder.

The Filter in comparison with the old one (I must say the old one looks far beyond its time, ractive was the brand)

I havent taken it out on the road yet, but so far it feels great, i just took it for a quick go around the driveway and im impressed so far :D. Actually going out for a drive around 6pm.

Yeah it works a hell of a lot better than the last one, i let my friend drive and he really noticed it. It was raining out and we could get the tires to spin doing about 40kph :D:D. Havent pushed it too far but very happy so far.

And for the result in my friends car, we were more then surprised of how much faster it could accelerate. The older filter looked like it had been in it for about 70,000km. I lost a 1/4" socket somewere under his hood though, probably in my driveway now lol. After getting his parents to show up and unlock the car (he locked the keys in it lolol) we took it out for a drive. He let me drive and it was a lot better than before. His car is a 2000 pontiac bonville (SP).
Might try and get some vids of the truck today, ill see what my other friend is up to lol
