I got my graduation present last Thursday. It was a 26" wide Craftsman box. I got the 5 drawer and 7 drawer boxes, but the 5 drawer ended up having a massive dent in the back of it. We took it back and I showed my mom the box that I would rather have (they gave me the box + $$ + I got money from grandparents, etc) I showed my mom the difference in quality between the $200 26" boxes I got and the 40" 12 drawer box ($670 on sale for 550, with a 10% discount from Sears card = $495)....she wouldn't let me just turn in the 5 drawer and get the same thing. :D So we went tonight to pick up the new one. Now I finally have a place to store my tools other than the truck (I literally filled up my truck with tools that I bought during the SAS). Bling...

You should have traded in the pink bike and got the next size up! :p :p

But seriously, that thing is trick. Once I am loaded, I'm buying a big ball bearing box and getting rid of my three little boxes.

LOL, it wouldn't be nice to sell my bro's bike. It's worth more than the box is anyways hehe.

I mainly wanted the 40" so that I have the option to go BIG. I may end up working at a dealership in the next couple of years, so I wanted to put some of my money in so I could have something that would last me a while.

Nice that should last along time, my big box is a 50s or 60s cornwell

Cool. When I was looking for a box, I looked on Craigslist a lot. Many of the ones I found were 70s or 80s Craftsman and Snap-On boxes, so hopefully this one will last quite a while like those.

How thick are the drawers and sides? I'm looking for another big one because I have too many small ones and its either going to be an old snapon or a new craftsman.

I don't know how thick the sides are, but the drawers are 1/16" thick.
