I found this tool and wondered if this would work:

Also, where exactly is the tube located?

It's on the passenger side on the line that runs from the condensor to the bottom of the evaporator. I didn't see a tool in your link, but it can be removed with a pair of needle nose pliers. Make sure to use two wrenches and work carefully to avoid bending the tube. There is a greem o-ring that you can change while in there.
