I am going to buy an HID kit for m 06 X (H13 / 9008).

There are so many kits available I dont' know which one to get. If I have to spend $500 to get a good one I will, but looking for advise on which kits people have used and their opinions... Reliability and quality is more important than price to me.

Also has anyone had an issue with the computer telling you the lights are burned out since the HID kit draws less power? How did you fix this?

bump- I would also like to know if the computer will tell you if your lights are burned out when using a HID retrofit kit. I believe the computer might sense either current draw - in which case it may or may not give a warning depending on how close HID ballasts come to bulbs as far as current draw.

Go to Pilothid.com My buddy bought a kit there and there only $200. They actually work pretty good too.
