About a week ago or something like that I went to turn on my '03 XLT and I had the headlights and foglights on auto, so they would turn on as I turned the truck on. As soon as I turned it on I saw the reflection of both fog lights on the outside of my garage door flicker several times very quickly and then shut off and they haven't turned on since...I assume they're burned out but I haven't physically taken them out to check.

It seems to me this shouldn't happen, but what can/should I do about it? My boss is a Ford parts dealer (antique stuff) and can get a discount at either Ford or NAPA...should I try to get just new Silverstars or something?
As far as I know what I had was stock, I've only had the truck about 5 months or so.

you could take it to the dealer and have them check the socket or something?? or just get new ones and pop them in, you will see a big diiff, or should
