But Im Leaning Towards The Volant For Which The Filter Is Enclosed In A Box To Stop Hot Under The Hood Air From Going Through The Intake. Where The K&n Is Out In The Open.plus The Volant Promises More Horsepower And Torque.any Opinions Or Suggestions About This? Im Just Trying To Plan Ahead So When I Get The Money, I Can Order Right Away.also Going To Get The Aftermarket Mass Air Flow Sensor, Throttle Body And Throttle Body Spacer. Along With New Plugs And Wires. After All That, I Should Notice A Pretty Good Increase In Power And Torque. Along With Better Gas Mileage.I WILL HAVE ABOUT $1000.00 TO SPEND. well depends on if you want to make a snorkel later on i have the k&n and its sounds pretty bad ass and you can tell a diffrence in power but i am kicking myself for buying it because i want to make a snorkel now and its alot cheaper to make one than buying a intake

Yea I Will Probably Get The Volant. I Mean I Love K&n Dont Get Me Wrong. And I Know They Sound And Look Great! I Can Still Make A Snorkel I Was Planning On It Anyway. I Took The Plastic Inserts Out Where The Factory Fog Lights Go Since The Truck Didnt Come With The Fog Lights.i Want To Run The Hose Form Them Holes Up To The Cai.
