I want to get a set of "Super Swamper TSL Bogger" tires for my explorer. I have 18x9 rims on the truck. What size tire am I supposed to order?
here is the site I found the tires on but I don't understand how to select the tire size. Help guys!...

would one of the tire sized they have listed fit a 15" or 17" rim?

You could probably fit a 31" tire, which they make. Largest rim is a 16" though.
In my opinion getting a tire like that with no lift is a waste. Why would you need that type of tire on a stock explorer? I'm running Interco's Trxus Mt's 265/75/R16 and they are a much more streetable tire than the boggers. If this is a daily driver, the TSL will suck in my opinion.

also, if you are looking for some low profile "mud" tires nitto probably has some for that size.

im not sure about sizes, but I know procomp makes there xterrains with 18 and even 20" rim diameters.
and yeah if it is a Daily Driver the last thing you want is boggers...

I do want teh tires for a daily driver but only during the winter months here in New England. I don't mind using a different rim size if it will accomodate the tires.
Thanks for all the input guys. I appreciate it

I too am from new england and I am on procomp xterrains. They have been great in the little snow that we have received thus far.

A mud tire is not always the best for snow. They have a tendency to dig down in the snow. An agressive all terain would be a better choice like Dick Cepek Fun Country II's, or BFG A/T for example.
These would be a good choice as well
