Hey guys,

I want to put some nice meaty tires that will not look "stock" on my 2004 explorer EB with the v8 4.6L. I hear the BF Goodrich all terrain T/A 265/170/17 tires are good. Are there any better tires out there? I think I will keep the stock rims. Is that a good idea? Do i need a lift kit? If so where can i get that?

I was wondering if Mickey Thompson 265/70/17 tires will work on the stock rims without modification?
