Hi. I'm new to Serious Explorations and am considering swapping a V8 into my '94 XLT. I don't want to do the work myself, but am doing the research and planning. I am looking for a reputable shop to do the work. Does anyone know of a place in Northern California that has experience with this conversion? Also, any input/advice would be appreciated.

XXX Fabrication in Monterray. I think they also go by Lavender brothers auto repair or something like that. It wont be cheap though. Not sure if they have done this specific swap but the work I have seen has been nice.

Thanks RockRanger. I have heard of Lavender Brothers but don't know their work. I will check them out. I know that it will be expensive and it may not make sense, but I want to know what my options are.
