I'm new here, but not to group posting (I do mainly full size Jeep stuff, and I don't mean CJs!) What Borg Warner transfercase is in my '99 XLT extended cab 3.0 V6 5 speed truck? Does anyone know if there is a combo 2 wheel/full time 4 wheel case that will fit? Does anyone else think the 3.55 gears Ford put in are lame-o and at least partially responsible for the 16 mpg I'm getting? (on highway, with cruise, w/o AC!) I think it should have come with 4.11, because it couldn't pull itself up the 20% hill by my place in 3rd gear @3,000 RPM!! What other years will fit? Other vehicles.
I just figured out today that if you flip the switch to AC while the key is on, it will stay on, no matter what position you put it in!
I still have to deal with the recalled tires on this thing too.

Well, I can say this much. I had a '99 XLT ExtCab 2wd w/3.0 V6 5 spd and it was a doggy-dog-dog. God help me if I put on the AC! :frustrate
