Thanks

Hi Pete,
Nice truck,
I took the liberty of posting the pictures here, instead of everyone having to go to photopoint.
The way to do this is to copy the location of the picture itself.
To do this you have to click on the picture in photopoint, then after it enlarges right click on the picture again, when the menu comes up click on properities then you can copy the picture's location it will look like this
http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1148455&a=8436431&p=27272928&Sequence=0
then come back to the post and paste that location between this [ i m g ] [ / i m g ]
[ i m g ]http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1148455&a=8436431&p=27272928&Sequence=0 [ / i m g ]

Leave out the spaces inbetween the letters img and the brackets. I have to do that so you could see what it looked like. Any other question just give a holler. :)

Excellent Ray, thanks again now they pop up and hopefully more people will see this and my ongoing creation. I might add I am 6'3 and the truck is easily taller. The pic with me in it is deceiving and it doesn't look as big as it really is....Like I said, I'm away at school now and this has mostly been built by me and my friends with as little professional help as possible....All this has been done off summer work and it will continue that way till I'm on my own...I'm sure there is more I am forgetting but I'll add later on....Thanks!
~Pete

Hey Pete,
How about adding a winch. Ya never can tell when your gonna get stuck.

Ray-Definately a good point and it will come. As of now I'm stuck at college and there is no money for me to get anything...My first plans for next summer are a less agressive for street use and ARB's and new gearing....After that comes bumpers and a winch....i'm gonna build a custom rear bumper w/ tire carrier for the rear outta some steel stock a friend has. I may look into building my own front bumper but depends on strenght cause I will want a winch up there...But the winch is definately in the plans....As for the ARB's how is the air line run to the front and rear diffs so they don't get hit by anything and damaged?
Thanks, Pete

Pete, I have two words for you.

F***IN' COOL!!!

Love those Swampers! That's what I want my truck to look like when it grows up!

Are you going to drive down to Attica on those tires? Just curious. I think you said you were leaving Sat am? I will be heading out fairly early, if you want to meet up and head down I'm still up for it. I have to pick up Rich first. Can't wait to see how it performs at Attica.

8 more days....

Hehe, gettin anxious? I am! No...I'm throwin on my 31 BFG at's for the drive and loadin the boggers in my friends truck...then swapin down there...Quite the thing to do, but I'm hopin i can fine a good mud water type mix, cause if it's just right, I can throw mud pretty damn good....especially for stock gearing! man, 4.56's will wing it all over the place next summer!
You can see every bit of it...You guys are gonna know when I get there....I'm having all my friends meet me at 6:30 at my house and I wanna be on the road by no later than 7

I am leaving at 6:30 to get Rich and then hopefully getting on our way before or at 7. If you want, we can meet in Gary at the 65 junction assuming you will be taking 90 to 65. Maybe a rest/truck stop. I'll be on channel 25 so we can communicate. Let me know what you want to do? I'll probably get there first, but again I don't know your route plan. It'll just be us in my truck so we'll be alone, it might be cool to head down as a group.

I'm definately down for that...I have no clue as to what rest stop there is along there...nor do I know how to find one....I'm assuming since its early saturday morning....traffic will be free and clear, so we'll be able to move at a good rate(with in the limits hehehe)of speed

Ya, I have bfg mt's so I usually go about 75...http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/images/icons/icon12.gif As for the rest/truck stop, I'll stop at the first one I see. If I remeber correctly there is a rest stop just south of the junction on 65. If you ar eleaving at 7, I will definitely get there before you so I'll just try to reach you on the cb until you get into range. Lets, just set the meeting place at the first truck/rest stop on 65 and who ever is first will wait. I am sure the next guy will be there shortly after. How's that sound?
