I have a 2002 Explorer XLT, I get reasonably cold air out of the driver's side vents only, pasenger side seems warm, and the back kind of cool.
What could be causing this and where would I have it fixed, the Ford shop or could place like Goodyear or Midas fix it?

Welcome to Explorer Forum! Do you have dual climate control? If not, it may be because you need some r134.

Thanks for the suggestion. I took it to a Goodyear Service Center this morning to have the AC system checked.

There is some sort of vent door in the dash that they had to unstick or replace. It took them 3-4 hours and cost me quite a bit, $300-400 as I remember.
