Nobody has a clue to the manufacture of Lumi-Logo? Come on guys I cannot believe that out 3000+ registered members that no one knows who manufactures it.

Hey all,
I have finally got a response I like (in reference to my replacement Lumi Logo). Well here's the story; my Lumi Logo that went out after 2 weeks of being on the Xplorer. I know this supplier (RPS) has been in some posts before and I am not not writing this to bash this supplier. I just think others should know what I had to go through to get my replacement Lumi Logo.
In August I was told that I had to send the old one back to get my replacement, I was very skepticle about removing the Logo and senting it back because my rear door would look stupid without one, but I sent it back any way. Boy was my skepticism on time it is now November and my Xplorer is still missing its logo.
Well I have to thank Rich for giving me the Manufacturers name of the Lumi Logo (Top Line).
Since I mailed it back to RPS, I have e-mailed them every other week and every other week they/he said that one was in the mail. Well this got old. So I e-mail Top Line two weeks ago and I was beginning to think that they had no interest in their distributors. But, I was wrong my wife received a call from Top Line tonight (I was out hunting). They mentioned they had spoken to RPS and I should be getting one from RPS soon, but they (Top Line)were also going to send me one. Top Line also mentioned that I can order any of their products directly from them if I prefer.
I know this is a bit long, but I feel customers unless they are rude and wanting the world from a business they should be treated with respect. The respect I refer to in this case is in the form of timeliness.
My wife owns a small business and we deal with good and bad customers, but all are given respect when it comes to the service they get from her business. Sure some customers are hard to deal with, but in my case I never disrespected RPS and was always pleasent when I contacted them. To this day I cannot figure out why I had to wait so long. Yes I understand businesses get back logged, but 3 1/2 months is too long for any customer to wait. If a business cannot fill an order they should give the customer their money back. In my case it was only $35.
Sometimes it pays to contact the Manufacturer of the product.
Thanks again, Rich
Thanks for reading my vent,
Alan

Wow, I had the exact same problem. I too had one of my lumi-logos stop working. I contacted RPS, where I bought them. They said to send the old one back and they would ship a new one to me. I thought great...that was easy. After quite awhile (couple months?? this happened to me about a year ago) I still didn't have a new lumi-logo. I contacted RPS about it and they kept saying it was in the mail. Finally after asking them to refund my money or send me a new one, a new one came in the mail from RPS. I didn't know at the time if it was just coincidence and the logo's did get lost in the mail or if RPS was indeed lying to me.
Now the lumi-logo on the front seems to be half filled with road salt or something. Great. :(
Just thought I would share...

Just an FYI, I ordered mine through JCWhitney and got it within 3 working days. They also have a pretty good return policy and from previous orders, are quick to clear up any problems. I have heard others have problems with them, but I have not. Sidenote, I have the .com address for RPS and it seems to no longer work. I thought they may have folded.
