Earlier in the year I was using a Vector FX-2 to clock my Ex's 0-60 time and quarter mile, and got some pretty shifty results that were far from consistent. Now, I'm starting to have faith in the FX-2 with the consistent results, and so far, this is what I've come up with in 3 runs 0-60:
Run 1: 7.38 seconds, 2500(?) RPM start, 83*
Run 2: 7.31 seconds, 3000 RPM, 66*
Run 3: 7.28 seconds, 3000 RPM, 50*
All runs with traction off using the low 3 gears to start and a "power brake" technique to come off the line. The colder weather helped, obviously, and I tend to believe these numbers since they were each the fastest time out of 3 runs for each trial on different days.
Not bad for a big ass Ex with 32" tires and only light mods (see sig)
Anyone else have any performance numbers? Post them here.
