2001ExpSport 10-25-2000, 11:41 PM Wow, that looks really nice! I have a bit of a weakness when it comes to pre 95 Explorers. I like the wheel/tire combo, just like mine.

Hey, Matt...I'll trade ya. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif
93Sport, your truck look's really tight. BTW...your windows look kinda foggy...a piece of advice: the 4-door works much better for that particular, uh, application. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
CAC91 10-26-2000, 12:23 AM That is a really nice looking Explorer. It really looks "clean" and in my opinion, just right. (except for the bashed bumper, common problem though)
CAC91 10-26-2000, 12:25 AM I forgot to ask, What offset and width are those Eagles. Also, if you could post a straight-on picture from the front or the back I would like to see how far they stick out. Like I said, it looks perfect.
RU MAN 10-26-2000, 12:55 AM Nice and clean looking truck. GET IT MUD ON IT!!!!!
Have fun!
PekingMan 10-26-2000, 01:05 AM 93SPORTIOWA,
What kind of body lift do you put in and how hard was it to put in? I think a body lift is soon on my agenda.....then hmmm, 33x12.5. :)
93SPORTIOWA 10-26-2000, 01:26 AM well the wheels are 15x8 ill post a straight on pic later tonight ummmm the windows being foggy is from a damp morning in kansas last week when we were there not the other application but not a bad idea lol the bumper is not acctually bent or bashed it was from the body lift the brackets for the bumper dont quite line up but i can live with it for now because in december im getting the james duff bumper its a pa body lift not bad on the install but good luck with 33s on just a body lift i wouldnt even think about 33s it looks like i have room but i really dont unless i were to just drive straight on level ground then i could do it but i plan on a suspension lift in the near future also.
thank you for the compliments
93SPORTIOWA 10-26-2000, 01:27 AM didnt see that you had the james duff lift you could fit them then
olivesman 10-26-2000, 11:49 AM hey '93- where do you live? the country looks really beautiful. in answer to pekingman, body lifts are simple. a two hour job w/ the right tools.-russel
93SPORTIOWA 10-26-2000, 12:23 PM but that pic was taken in delia kansas at my moms house she lives pretty far out in the country. but that is about the way all of iowa looks too. so if you havent been to the midwest that is a basic look at it. most of the land is beautiful

93SPORTIOWA 10-26-2000, 08:57 PM not very flexy is it
RU MAN 10-26-2000, 09:07 PM You have to remember you haven't change anything from stock, all the body lift does is give you room for bigger tires. again nice truck
98 Xplorer 10-26-2000, 09:10 PM 93sport,
Looks great with those rims, I wanted to put those rims on my 98, but I am not sure how far they will stand outside the fenders. I can't remember what the back spacing was on the Eagles.
What is the backspacing on the Eagle rims and how much of the tire stands outside of the Xplorers fenders when it is sitting level?
Thanks,
Alan

93SPORTIOWA 10-26-2000, 09:14 PM but the stickout about an 11/2" in front and about 3/4" in the rear hope that helps
olivesman 10-26-2000, 10:18 PM how much were those wild countrys? i'm looking at either those or tsl radials. do you know if they come in a 30x9.5? thanks for the help-russel
93SPORTIOWA 10-27-2000, 12:16 AM they are pretty cheap dont get the tsl they are crap blew one out after 5000 miles at 65 down the highway thornbirds suck
DR264 11-05-2000, 09:16 AM Did the bumper brackets come with the kit?
93SPORTIOWA 11-05-2000, 11:49 AM they sure did
That looks sweet and that tire rim combo is killer. amazing what a body lift can do. Who makes those tires I am not familiar with Wild Country? Is that a Kelly tire?
